Who we are
Erasmo (erasmotool.com) is an independent student project. The controller of your personal data is Wiktor Wybraniec. You can contact us at erasmo.tool@gmail.com.
What data we collect and why
- Your email address, only if you sign up for early access. We use it to let you know when Erasmo is available and to send you information about its launch. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- The source of your visit (for example the name of the ad campaign you clicked), saved together with your sign-up, so we know which channels work.
- Anonymous usage statistics: which buttons are clicked and which sections are viewed, together with the campaign source, your browser language and the website you came from. These records contain no name, email, IP address or identifier, and we can't link them to you.
We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking. Visit statistics provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics work without cookies.
Who processes the data
We use trusted service providers: Supabase (database where sign-ups and statistics are stored) and Cloudflare (website hosting and visit statistics). They process data only on our behalf. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you withdraw your consent or until the end of the project's test phase, but no longer than 24 months from sign-up.
Your rights
You can at any time:
- withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your email (just write to us, or reply to any email we send),
- access your data, correct it or ask us to restrict its processing,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the data protection authority in your country.
Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
